Support employee investigations, workplace documentation, and separation processes in coordination with senior HR leadership.
Address routine employee concerns independently while recognizing when sensitive matters require escalation.

Coordinate employee placements, assignment starts, orientations, and ongoing follow-ups.
Communicate with clients and employees to ensure staffing needs are met and workplace concerns are addressed promptly.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and assignment satisfaction.
Maintain accurate employee, assignment, timekeeping, and workforce records.
Build relationships with clients through regular communication, service follow-ups, and occasional site visits.
Safety, Compliance & HR Administration
Conduct employee orientations covering workplace expectations, company policies, and safety requirements.
Coordinate employment eligibility verification, background checks, drug screening, and other hiring requirements.
Assist with safety incident documentation, reporting, and escalation.
Maintain confidential employee information and accurate HR documentation.
Support compliance with established company policies, procedures, and employment practices.

Manage multiple recruiting, employee, and client priorities while meeting daily and weekly performance expectations.
Participate in team meetings focused on recruiting performance, workforce needs, and service improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve employee retention, recruiting efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Support recruiting events, business development initiatives, and employee referral opportunities.
Participate in branch operations and rotating on-call responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Experience interviewing candidates, evaluating qualifications, and coordinating hiring or workforce activities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to address challenging employee or workplace situations.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
Ability to independently prioritize responsibilities and perform effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn applicant tracking and HR management systems.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance when local client visits are required.
Preferred Qualifications
