Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for live hosts and operators, including postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business demand for candidates.
• Identify suitable hosts using experience and objective questions.
• Payroll calculation: bi-weekly payroll for hourly staff with multiple-tier rates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in development and implementation of compliance training.

Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of labor laws and be fluent in both Chinese and English. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for live hosts and operators, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Passion in interacting with live host.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business demand for the candidates regarding style, ability, consistancy, and punctuality.
• Learn to identify a suitable host for our business with experience and objective questions.
• Payroll calculation: calculate bi-weekly payroll for hourly staff with multiple-tier rates. This requires reasonable mathmatical logic and deadline awareness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
• Qualifications:
