Human Resource Specialist

In addition, you will collaborate with client management and key decision makers to build meaningful relationships and provide guidance as a trusted HR business partner.

• Collaborate with client management and key decision makers on alignment of HR business strategy and goals.
• Consult with client management and key decision makers on HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
• Evaluate and anticipate HR-related needs and strategize with client management and key decision makers.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years’ human resources experience.
• Human resources certification preferred.
