As an HR Specialist at Shine Bright Care, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees’ growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives
