Job description

We are a professional, fast-paced, non-medical in-home care agency with an immediate opening for the right candidate to join our team! The ideal person must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint) is required.

The Primary Duties include:

1. Recruiting, screening, and onboarding employees quickly to keep up with client demand.
2. Conducting compliance reviews and employee check-ins with field staff.
3. Providing both mandatory and elective training opportunities to field staff.
4. Maintaining the agency roster with required state agencies and within the company database.
5. Maintaining and tracking employee certifications (CPR/FA, DL, insurance, etc.).
6. Amending and creating employee policies to keep current with state regulations and maintain a positive client experience.
7. Networking and participating in recruitment opportunities to increase presence in the community and applicant pool.
8. Past caregiver experience is not required but is a plus!
