X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is seeking a full-time, early-career Human Resources Recruiter and Benefits Coordinator to support company-wide HR operations onsite in Albuquerque, NM.

You will blend recruiting for non-clinical roles with employee benefits enrollment, and provide backup support across other HR functions while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. The role offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and requires driving to multiple locations with your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HR, benefits administration and recruitment.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe.
• Knowledge of City, State, and Federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to respond to changing priorities and multitask.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license and clean MVD record; own vehicle for multiple locations.

X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is hiring a full-time, early-career Human Resources Recruiter and Benefits Coordinator to support company-wide HR operations on an onsite basis in Albuquerque, NM. This role blends recruiting for non-clinical roles with employee benefits enrollment, plus backup support across other HR functions. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous HR experience, including benefits administration and recruitment
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and office tools including Word (including mail merge), Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas), Outlook, and Adobe software
• Working knowledge of City, State, and Federal laws and regulations related to proper employment practices
• Previous experience working in an HRIS system
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple interruptions while maintaining quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize issues in HR functions, especially those involving benefits administration, and assist with solutions
• Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, maintain a clean MVD record, carry current insurance, and be able to drive to multiple locations using your own vehicle
