The Onboarding Specialist works within our human resource team and is responsible for executing our orientation and onboarding experience to new hires within the organization. This is a full time, non-exempt hourly position with a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm with occasional evening and weekend work required during peak periods and as job duties require. Additional hours are required at the start of school in August and January along with any special events held throughout the course of the year. Weekends and evenings are required during peak periods or as needed to support recruitment efforts. This position is fully onsite and does NOT have remote capabilities.

This position is an hourly non-exempt role, the anticipated minimum range for hourly compensation for the position is $26 and the maximum is $30. This role is also eligible for receiving yearly performance based increases that are subject to change or end at any point in time. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range
