Job description

If you are an HR practitioner who can balance between people and task oriented, and enjoys developing people, this position is for you! The Singapore Association for the Deaf (SADeaf) offers flexible work arrangements, competitive salaries, a nurturing environment and rewarding career where your efforts will result in the growth of our people as we support the deaf community.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage full suite of HR function including compensation & benefits
  2. Review and implement HR policies and procedures
  3. Drive organisational alignment on vision, values and culture
To Succeed In This Role, You Should
  1. Have at least 7 years of HR practitioner experience in a local organisation
  2. Have a passion to develop people
  3. Have strong organisational skills with attention to details
  4. Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Be able to work independently and be adaptable
  6. Have a recognised degree preferably in HR

Candidates with experience working or volunteering with the deaf preferred.

5-day work week. Flexi-Work Arrangements available.

2-year full-time contract, with potential for renewal.
