$70.00/hr - $120.00/hr

We believe the future of AI starts with people—so we’re looking for experienced Human Resource Managers to help shape how our AI systems understand and interact with humans in real scenarios.

This role is NOT technical. We’re looking for people-first professionals with a solid HR background who can guide our AI training through the lens of real HR experience, strong judgment, and a deep understanding of recruitment, employee communication, and user engagement.

You’ll work closely with our HR and training teams to review AI-generated responses, especially in recruitment-related scenarios, and ensure they meet professional, ethical, and supportive communication standards. You’ll also support the development of HR recruitment training materials, guide real-time chatbot monitoring, and escalate complex or sensitive responses when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate chatbot interactions to ensure professionalism, clarity, and HR appropriateness.
  • Provide feedback to our AI training team based on real-life HR judgment and user experience.
  • Monitor live or recorded AI conversations and flag inappropriate, unhelpful, or confusing responses.
  • Help build and maintain recruitment and HR onboarding training content for internal and external trainers.
  • Identify trends in user queries and help improve how AI handles HR-related questions.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts for AI conversations around hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and policy-related topics.
  • Support the human-centered design of AI training, ensuring it reflects empathy, clarity, and real-world HR scenarios.
  • Engage with candidates, HR partners, and internal staff to gather feedback and continuously improve AI support tools.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, or Employee Relations.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
  • Proven ability to create, review, and manage professional HR documentation, training, and policy material.
  • Comfortable providing constructive feedback and maintaining high standards of people-first communication.
  • Passion for improving employee experience and ensuring ethical, clear, and inclusive communication.
  • No technical experience required—just strong HR instincts and people-centered thinking.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
  • Experience working with digital tools for training, communication, or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with chatbots, support systems, or online candidate engagement platforms.
  • Interest in the future of AI in HR—but we’ll teach you what you need to know.
