This role has the ability to be a remote position. Travel to the Home Office on a quarterly basis required for Management Team meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Manager provides leadership and supervision to direct and indirect Human Resources reports.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; and a minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources Management is required. HR certification and knowledge of Loan Originator compensation is preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Advanced knowledge of Excel is required. Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Products is required. Experience working with CompenSafe is preferred.
Individuals in this position shall not engage in loan origination during his/her employment with WMC. Loan origination is defined as (1) taking a residential mortgage loan application; or (2) offering or negotiating terms of a residential mortgage loan for compensation or gain; (3) advertising or communicating to the public that you can perform loan origination services.
