With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated and expert professional to join our team as the HR Manager of our Aiken, SC facility.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of human resources management for our Aiken, SC manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for driving initiatives that support employee engagement, champion a culture of inclusion, enhance internal communication, and facilitate talent management and development.
