Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders across the business to identify program needs, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of HR programs, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of HR programs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
- Partner with HR business partners and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR programs with broader organizational initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR programs, and incorporate relevant insights into program design and execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR programs, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees as needed.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR program management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects, including design, implementation, and management of HR programs in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think critically, analyze and visualize data, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus. Full-time team members receive medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1.
