General Responsibilities of an HR Manager:

Ideal Background for an HR Manager:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.


• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or operational environments is preferred.


• Comfortable working in a small-business environment where wearing multiple hats


• Strong Excel skills including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and reporting.


• HR certifications or relevant HR education are a plus.
