Job summary

RF-SMART offers a Summer Human Resources Internship (Summer 2027) in Jacksonville, FL. This 12-week, full-time program provides real work, direct access to leaders, and structured development.

As an HR Intern you will support Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners, spending about 5–6 hours weekly on development activities and collaborating on HR projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship.
• Available to work 40 hours per week in-office.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

About our Summer Internship Program

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad.

The Human Resources Intern reports to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. As an HR Intern you will be responsible for supporting our Human Resources operations including Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resource Business Partners.

What You'll Do

Alongside your project work, approximately 5–6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate to complete projects to support the initiatives and activities of the HR Department
• Prepare rooms for and provide administrative support for training sessions and other meetings
• Assist in Talent Acquisition team interview coordination
• Update candidate files in our current ATS, Greenhouse
• Organize and update HR data
• Conduct research on HR topics
