Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to provide onsite HR and training support at our East Longmeadow, MA facility. You will drive staffing, performance, and development initiatives while collaborating with a cross-functional HR team to align programs with business goals.

You also have: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related field. 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred). Experience developing/designing and delivering training programs/curriculum is strongly preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Outstanding employee relations skills with a strong customer focus. Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills. Proven experience with project development and management through successful completion. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings or presentations. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the facility. Advanced technology skills, such as MS Office, Workday.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
