Responsibilities

  • Reviews and distributes production and order processing work to meet shipment schedules.
  • Coordinates and expedites flow of materials between sections or departments.
  • Monitors workload across operation areas.
  • Collaborates with departments to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Communicates with employees, supervisors, shipping and planning teams.
  • Uses warehouse management system to release tasks for daily schedules.
  • Analyzes status and priorities to ensure on-time completion.
  • Provides problem solving and root cause analysis related to resource planning and order status.
  • Runs reports to monitor open customer orders for timely completion.
  • Maintains 6S activities and safe, organized work areas.
  • Must be able to work 4am-2:30pm or 6am-2pm; flexible shifts.

  • The Job Reviews and distributes production work and order processing work to meet shipment schedules; confers with department supervisors and group leaders to determine progress of work
  • Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments
  • Monitors workload for all areas of the operation
  • Collaborates with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials
  • Communicates with employees, supervisors, shipping, or planning
  • Uses warehouse management system to release tasks to support the daily schedules
  • Constantly analyzes the status and priorities of released work to ensure on time completion
  • Provides problem solving assistance and root cause analysis to all levels of the organization related to resource planning and order status.
  • Runs reports to monitor open customer orders to ensure on time completion
  • Responsible for daily 6S activities, such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets.
  • Must be able to work 4am-2:30pm or 6am-2pm and must be flexible

The Salary range for this position is $38,300.00 - $61,600.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker. The salary range listed in this job posting reflects the range for the primary location specified.
