Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years HR, recruitment, employee relations, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The People Development Coordinator (Human Resource Coordinator) serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and team member development.
