Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support development, training and team member programs.

You will work with the General Manager and the Operations Human Resources Team to promote a positive store environment and employee engagement. Key duties include recruiting, onboarding, coordinating training, payroll oversight, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with the drug-free workplace policy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a Human Resources-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
