Job summary

Nbutexas, a leading quick service restaurant group, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to help build and support high-performing teams. You will partner with operations to drive recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations while upholding workplace standards.

This role requires 2+ years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of employment laws. You’ll manage HRIS, payroll tasks, and reporting, contributing to a positive, inclusive culture and compliant people

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources experience, ideally within QSR, hospitality, or the restaurant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent
• Lead the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for all restaurant roles
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and address employee relations issues promptly
• Coordinate training programs and support performance improvement processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting
• Prepare and analyze reports related to staffing, turnover, labor costs, and retention metrics
