Responsibilities include coordinating recruiting, onboarding, credential updates, leave of absence management, payroll processes, and leading employee engagement activities, with support from the Corporate HR team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) to join our team at Peak Resources Outer Banks.

Typical Work Schedule is: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Role Responsibilities

Human Resources is a vital role at our Peak facilities. The HR Coordinator performs various administrative services to support human resources functions within the facility, including recruiting, new employee onboarding and orientation, employee personnel and credential updates, offboarding, employee FMLA/LOA, as well as perform payroll processes and lead employee engagement activities. This position connects with the Corporate HR team to assist on various matters, such as unemployment and workers compensation claims.
