Job description

Elevate Results Consulting is a hands-on HR consulting firm that partners with small and mid-size businesses across multiple industries. Our clients rely on us for everything from day-to-day HR operations to long-term people strategy and organizational development. We're a small, high-impact team looking to add our next team member.

Unlike traditional, in-house HR roles, you won't be siloed into one company's way of doing things. You'll work across multiple clients and multiple industries, each with its own culture, challenges, and growth trajectory. That means you'll build breadth and judgment faster than almost any single-employer HR role can offer. You'll also work closely with senior consultants who bring decades of combined expertise in people strategy - giving you direct exposure to how high-level HR decisions get made.

Position Overview

About Elevate Results Consulting

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day human resources needs for a portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for the administrative and operational processes that support HR services: employee relations, recordkeeping, recruitment support, reporting, and other domains. You'll be the person our clients call when they have an HR question, and you'll be responsible for supporting those relationships with professionalism and sound judgment.

This role partners with our HR Consultants and HR Strategists to provide full-scope HR services. You'll handle the hands-on HR work independently, but you'll also recognize when a client's needs require our senior consultants so we can serve the client at the right level. You'll collaborate across engagements in a cross-functional way with other team members.

If you're an experienced coordinator who wants the variety of consulting across multiple client businesses, and a team that treats your growth as seriously as our clients', this is the role for you.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $25 to $31 per hour, depending on candidate profile

Time off: PTO, Sick & Safe Leave, and paid holidays

Benefits: Health insurance stipend, retirement savings match

Work arrangement: Hybrid schedule - 3 days per week in our Minnetonka office, and remote other days. Occasional client site visits as projects require.

Growth: Direct collaboration with senior HR strategists on complex client engagements. Exposure to people strategy, compensation design, and organizational development across multiple industries - the kind of breadth that positions you for senior consulting or HR leadership roles faster than a traditional single-employer path.
