Location: Remote (Pacific-CA, WA, NM, AZ, ID)
Salary: $125k-$135k + bonus (to commensurate with experience)

The Successful HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, acts as the link between HR and the business to ensure effective communication and a consistent approach. The HRBP develops integrated solutions and formulates partnerships to deliver value-added HR services aligned with organizational objectives.
The HR Business Partner maintains a strong understanding of the business units' financial position, mid-range plans, culture, and competition. They should be a content expert in talent strategies, policies & procedures, program implementation, and knowledgeable about employment legislation at the state and local levels. Promoting workplace diversity across all people processes—such as promotions, team building, and talent management—is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building, innovation, and problem-solving. They should be self-directed, flexible, resilient, highly motivated, and uphold high ethical standards.
