  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written; Edits/proofs work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information.
  • Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Planning: organizational and prioritization skills; plans work activities well; uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans; excellent multitasking and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance and payroll administrative tasks.
  • Process new employee files and HR-related correspondence.
  • Maintain personnel records (hard copy, HRIS, and electronic); ensure information is current.
  • Route inquiries and provide timely feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate and organize employee events throughout the year.
  • Foster company culture and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Route phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Other duties as assigned
