Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Human Factors, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Bellevue, WA.
• Assertive self-starter who is accurate and flexible under deadlines.
• Ability to use basic scientific research to understand and solve applied problems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Managing consulting activities involving human factors issues in accidents.
• Developing client contacts.
• Conducting research to obtain and review technical data.
• Assisting in the design and evaluation of safety management practices.
• Communicating complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
