Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a range of human factors and UX consulting activities.
• Analyze human factors contributors to incidents.
• Work on multidisciplinary teams for project support.
• Communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple projects, including budgets and deadlines.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with U.S. food-regulatory frameworks

Proficiency in qualitative research methods

Proficiency in statistical programming (Excel, SPSS, MATLAB, Python, R)

Strong record of designing behavioral studies

Education

Ph.D. in Sensory Science, Food Science, or related psychology discipline
