The role emphasizes user-centered UI/UX design, assessment methods, and strong cross-team collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in psychology, human factors, UI/UX design, human computer interaction, or related field.
• 2 years of related experience or Master's with 0 years of related experience (not to exceed 10 years).
• Strong verbal/written communications skills to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the GMD Fire Control (GFC) product within the GWS program.
• Support qualitative and quantitative user assessments to drive product backlog.
