Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Human Factors Engineer to apply psychology, ergonomics, and user-centered design to enhance warfighter solutions across hardware and software. You will lead design and evaluation activities from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities include user research, task analyses, usability testing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize usability, safety, and performance in complex systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Factors/Ergonomics/Industrial/ Test Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide Human Factors support across project teams and business lines.
• Advocate for user-centered design to optimize operator performance and acceptance.
• Create task analyses and user workflows.
• Plan, conduct, and report usability testing throughout a program’s lifecycle.
• Identify Manning, Personnel, and Training issues to support mission use cases.
• Create personas to identify KSAs for successful task completion.
• Conduct heuristic analyses of prototype UI/UX.
• Lead human factors analyses across program phases.
• Develop and execute usability studies and HITL evaluations.
• Assist in the creation of training aids and user manuals.
