Human Factors EngineerDescription -This role is responsible for shaping the usability and overall user experience of physical products or systems. The role requires a strong blend of human factors expertise, research rigor, and user empathy. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to create user-centered design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
