HP is seeking a Sr Experience Designer to help shape AI-driven experiences and human–computer interaction. You will visualize, prototype, and define forward-looking product concepts and strategic initiatives, translating complex technologies into intuitive user experiences.

You will collaborate with researchers, product leaders, engineers, and design peers to develop high-fidelity design systems and polished visuals that bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio of shipped digital products or concept work showing visual design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas and technical concepts into clear design solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with strong visual design expertiseto join a diverse, multidisciplinary team focused on shaping the future ofAI-driven experiences and human–computer interaction (HCI). The pay range for this role is$130,700to$205,200USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
