Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in related fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Enjoy teamwork and understand human-centered design methods.

  • Love solving problems through iteration, learning, and creativity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Eligible for Interim Secret clearance with U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop critical concepts for sponsors.
  • Interview, observe, and research to understand user needs and context.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Contribute to design workshops and co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders.
  • Build low-fidelity prototypes to test ideas with users and iterate based on feedback.
