Job summary

Barnum Financial Group seeks a hybrid Operational and Developmental Human Capital professional to support onboarding, recruiting, employee and advisor support, and day-to-day workflow management, delivering consistent service to internal clients. In the first 12–18 months, the role emphasizes hands-on coordination and process execution.

As knowledge and operational expertise grow, you will drive workflow optimization, technology-enabled improvements (including AI), licensing and credentialing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, employee experience, or HR operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms and AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and track candidates for internal positions.
• Create and deliver an onboarding experience for new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and assist hiring managers with integration.
• Provide responsive employee inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
• Support HR activities, licensing/credentialing, training initiatives, and employee experience programs.
