Pride Health is seeking an Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in a dynamic HR environment.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology, develop reports, and provide ongoing functional support. The role requires hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, HR, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Solutions Analyst experience.
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Functional expertise in payroll, core HR, time & labor, absence management.
• Experience with configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and integrations.
• Strong HR and payroll process knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and provide ongoing functional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure, test, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Scheduling, and Reporting.
• Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and recommend system improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM data.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Support data migration, system integrations, and interface testing while ensuring data integrity.
• Create user documentation, deliver end-user training, and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Solutions Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Functional expertise in Oracle Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HR.
• Experience with configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Strongly Preferred).
• Experience with third-party integrations and custom reporting.
• Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience.
