Total Solutions Inc. (TSI) seeks a Human Capital Analyst to support NASA’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) in enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

This role emphasizes data analysis, program evaluation, and leadership development across Talent Services and related functions. The analyst will design, plan, and mature HR programs, collaborate with HC partners, and deliver analytical support for governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Minimum graduate degree or bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in the field, or 5 years of directly related experience without a degree.
• Strong advisory and consultative services as well as implementation of program/project management.
• Strong statistical and data analysis required; psychometric knowledge preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of federal HR/HC policies, practices, concepts, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and opportunities; recommend actionable solutions.
• Create briefings, analyses, and presentations to support management and program governance.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items across program lifecycles.
• Implement training evaluation strategies with KPIs and ROI to inform future decisions.
• Develop surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and success.
• Collaborate with program managers to support HC programs and operations.
