Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Hull Chamber Operator in the Production department. This role operates hull chamber equipment, prepares and verifies tooling, monitors process conditions, performs quality checks, and maintains clean, safe work areas to meet production goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred technical training, and prior manufacturing experience.

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, equipment procedures, and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hull chamber equipment per procedures.
• Set up equipment and verify materials before production.
• Monitor controls, gauges, and process conditions for abnormalities.
• Load and handle materials for hull chamber operations.
• Grinds and leak tests units after cover weld.
• Perform quality checks and report nonconforming materials.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and notify for support.
• Maintain documentation accurately.
• Identify and report safety and equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
