Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Hull Chamber Operator for our Production team in Arkansas. This role involves operating hull chamber equipment, setting up gear, and ensuring compliance with procedures to meet daily production goals.

You will monitor controls and quality checks, handle materials, and perform basic maintenance while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Team collaboration and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, equipment procedures, and production specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to monitor equipment controls, gauges, and operating conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hull chamber equipment in accordance with established work instructions, operating procedures, and production requirements.
• Prepare, set up, and verify equipment and materials prior to beginning production operations.
• Monitor equipment operation, controls, gauges, and process conditions to identify abnormalities, malfunctions, or other operating issues.
• Load, position, and handle materials or components as required for hull chamber operations.
• Grinds and leak tests units after cover weld
• Perform required quality and process checks and identify or report nonconforming materials or process conditions.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues and notify supervision or maintenance when additional support is required.
• Perform routine operator-level equipment checks and basic maintenance activities as authorized.
• Complete and maintain required production, process, and quality documentation accurately.
• Identify and report equipment, material, quality, or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, work instructions, and PPE requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
