Hudson by Avolta in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, and handle general stock duties including pricing and replenishment.

The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with shifts from early morning to evening at Indianapolis International Airport. Training and career growth opportunities are provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management.
• Know basic store layout to assist customers and answer questions.
• Effectively operate a cash register.
• Follow all company policies, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate pricing, stock and inventory issues with management.
• Protect all company assets and stock in stores and backrooms.
• Sort and organize damaged and outdated products and inform management.
• Help maintain a neat, clean, and organized store, including housekeeping tasks.
• Place stock orders, receive freight, and load/unload trucks.
• Provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor.
• Assist in inventory and reconciliation of variances.

This Sales Associate Job Is for You, If You Enjoy:

Helping others, understanding a customer’s needs, and in turn provide an amazing customer service experience and assisting your team with general stock duties such as picking orders and pricing product

Provide flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays

Work a part-time or full-time schedule - OPENING SHIFT: 4am - 12pm CLOSING SHIFT: 12pm-8pm/1pm-9pm

Working at the Indianapolis International Airport

Acknowledge and greet customers

Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management

Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store

Effectively operate a cash register

Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures

Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with management

Protect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms

Isolate, sort, and organize all damaged and outdated products and returns and inform management of any out-of-stock situations

Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal

Places stock orders, receive freight, load, and unload trucks

Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor

Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances

Perform related work as assigned
