Job summary

Hudson Housing Authority is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping functions at HHA properties. Must have experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment, plus groundskeeping and custodial duties including snow removal.

High school diploma and basic computer literacy required; MA driver’s license required. 40 hours M-F with rotating on-call coverage. Excellent benefits and competitive pay. EOE/AAE.

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping and custodial functions including snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping tasks at HHA apartments and properties.
• Address plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting needs as they arise.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Work 40 hours per week (M–F) with rotating on-call coverage.

Hudson Housing Authority is seeking F/T maintenance department Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping functions at HHA apartments and properties. Must have experience and skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment, as well as experience and knowledge of groundskeeping and custodial functions including snow removal. 40 hours M-F plus rotating on-call coverage. High school diploma and basic computer literacy skills required. Massachusetts driver’s license required. No criminal record.
