• Prepare food and beverages according to Brands operational standards, provide guests with great service, maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Maintain adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores and restock.
• Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store.
• Take customers’ food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Follow all company policies, cash handling policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
• Effectively operate a cash register.
• Be knowledgeable about surrounding businesses and offerings within the facility.
• Inform management of any out of stock situations.

Your Team is counting on you as a Food & BeverageSales Associate to:

Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, includingweekends& holidays

Work a full time schedule

Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store

Take customers’ food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately in the cafe

Follow all company policies, cash handling policies and special store loss prevention procedures

Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management

Effectively operate a cash register

Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire cafe/store

Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facility

Communicate pricing, out of date, and inventory issues with management

Assist other store employees in maintaining security

Inform management of any out of stock situations

Help maintain a neat, clean, organized cafe/store, which includes sweeping, dusting, and straightening of merchandise

Perform related work as assigned
