Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Certification Specialist to manage compliance with HUD and state agency rules in affordable housing. Responsibilities include preparing reports, reviewing move-in packages, and conducting site visits. The ideal candidate has 3 years' experience in Section 8 and excellent organizational and customer service skills.

The pay rate ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with comprehensive health coverage and retirement savings options.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with a variety of people and make them feel comfortable.
• 3 years’ experience with project-based Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Tax Credit Properties.
• Review recertification move-in packages at tax credit properties.
• Monitor timely completion of annual recertifications.
