Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, is seeking an Apartment Manager to join our team.

The Apartment Manager for HUD subsidized properties provides on-site apartment management, works closely with staff, applicants and residents to provide quality care through promotion of health and social services including economical, spiritual, and emotional needs of residents.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting is desired.
• Certification, or the ability to be certified, by an agency such as Quadel, is required. If not certified, training may be provided.
• Experience in apartment management is preferred and HUD knowledge is beneficial.
• Proficient with Excel and Word in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of an apartment site, including staff supervision.
• Oversee tenant selection and turnover planning for HUD apartments.
• Monitor budgets and inform supervisor of discrepancies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HUD inspections.
• Coordinate with the Property Supervisor on maintenance scheduling.
