Job summary

Aoka LLC is seeking independent Inspectors to perform monthly HUD-OHP inspections of new construction and senior living facilities, verifying compliance with contract requirements. On-site inspections take 1–1.5 hours, with 30–45 minutes reporting, training provided, and pay of $350+ per completed inspection, depending on travel distance.

Inspectors coordinate with owners and project teams, document findings in Vertexplans, and submit timely reports to support safe, quality housing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have thorough understanding of construction standards and housing inspection practices.
• Familiarity with HUD-OHP inspection standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfort using digital reporting tools and photo documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned project sites once per month to conduct monthly HUD-OHP inspections.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with property owners, contractors, and project teams.
• Inspect units and common areas for compliance with HUD-OHP guidelines and contract requirements.
• Document findings in Vertexplans with photos, deficiencies, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and submit complete HUD-OHP inspection reports meeting requirements.
• Communicate inspection results and issues clearly with the team.
