Job summary

Aoka LLC is seeking independent Inspectors to support HUD Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) projects. Inspectors conduct monthly HUD-OHP inspections of senior living facilities, verifying that work meets HUD-OHP contract requirements.

Travel to sites once per month and report findings through VertexPlans. This is a flexible, project-based 1099 role paid at $350+ per completed inspection, depending on travel distance between the inspection site and your home.

Qualifications

• ICC certification, PE license, architectural license, or 2+ years housing inspection experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned project sites monthly for HUD-OHP inspections
• Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with owners, contractors, and teams
• Inspect units and common areas for HUD-OHP compliance
• Document findings in VertexPlans with photos and deficiencies
• Prepare and submit HUD-OHP inspection reports on time
• Communicate inspection results with the team
