Job summary

Aoka is seeking independent Inspectors to support HUD Office of Healthcare Programs projects in Lexington, KY. Inspectors perform monthly HUD-OHP inspections of senior living facilities to verify contract compliance.

This is a flexible, project-based 1099 role paid per completed inspection ($350–$400) based on experience and location. Responsibilities include traveling to sites monthly, coordinating inspections with owners and contractors, documenting findings in Vertexplans, and submitting

Qualifications

ICC certification or PE or architectural license or 2+ years housing inspection experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience with housing inspection standards and HUD-OHP guidelines.
Proficient in written reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned project sites once per month to conduct inspections.
Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with owners, contractors, and project teams.
Inspect units and common areas for HUD-OHP compliance.
Document findings in Vertexplans with photos, deficiencies, and follow-up actions.
Prepare and submit complete HUD-OHP inspection reports meeting requirements.
