Aoka is expanding its network of independent inspectors supporting Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) projects. You will inspect new construction and substantial rehabilitation of senior living and care facilities, set your own schedule, and be paid per inspection.

Responsibilities include coordinating on-site inspections, checking units for compliance with OHP guidelines, documenting findings with photos, and submitting complete reports meeting company standards.

Formación

• Current ICC certification, or PE or architectural license, or 2+ years of housing inspection experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Strong attention to detail and solid written reporting skills.
• Comfort with digital reporting tools and photo documentation.

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: $350–$400 per completed inspection

About the Role

We’re expanding our network of independent inspectors supporting Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) projects. In this role, you’ll inspect new construction and substantial rehabilitation of senior living and care facilities, verifying that work meets OHP contract requirements. You’ll set your own schedule within project timelines and be paid for each inspection you complete.

What You’ll Need

• Option A: Current ICC certification, or a professional engineering (PE) or architectural licenseor2+ years of housing inspection experience

All inspectors must also have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Strong attention to detail and solid written reporting skills
• Comfort with digital reporting tools and photo documentation
