Envolve seeks a Leasing Consultant with HUD experience for Rock Creek Apartments in Rockville, Maryland. This on-site role coordinates all leasing activities, from unit availability to resident interactions, under the direction of the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include processing applications, preparing leases, handling renewals, and assisting with rent collection while delivering excellent customer service to prospective residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service or previous property management experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current and future available apartments.
• Complete weekly traffic and activity reports.
• Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
