Job summary

Meeker Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MCHRA) is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the administration of HUD-regulated housing programs, financial management, and compliance with federal/state regulations. The role requires coordination with the Board, HUD, and auditors to ensure high standards of service and accountability.

The Executive Director will lead budget preparation, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and supervise program reporting while maintaining strong community

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program within HUD rules and applicable laws.
• Oversee the administration of the Project-Based Vouchers Program within HUD rules and applicable laws.
• Oversee the financial management of the MCHRA in coordination with the Board, HUD, and auditors.
• Assist in preparing and managing the annual budget and revised budgets.
• Coordinate an annual audit and distribute audit reports as required by HUD and the Board.
• Maintain program compliance for PBV and HCV programs.
