The Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (KCHRA) invites applications for its newly created Assistant Executive Director position. This role will serve as the point person for Moving To Work activities and oversee HUD programs across public housing and market-rate developments.

The Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (KCHRA) welcomes applications from experienced candidates for its newly created Assistant Executive Director position. KCHRA owns and/or manages 489 rental housing units consisting of HUD Public Housing, HUD Section 811, Long-Term Supportive Housing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Rural Development and market rate units located in Kandiyohi and McLeod counties. It also administers or co-administers rental assistance programs including the HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program, State of Minnesota Bring It Home Program and the Southwest Minnesota Adult Mental Health Consortiums Bridges to Bridges Program. It provides homeowner and business loans through the Small Cities Development Program, a local Property Enhancement Program and the Kandiyohi County Housing Trust Fund. Finally, the HRA has been designated as a Moving To Work agency by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
