Tampa Housing Authority is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee compliance with HUD regulations and to manage the PBCA Knowledge Center. The role develops training programs, digital assets, and communications while guiding staff and external partners in best practices.

The position supervises the Quality Assurance team and represents the agency at HUD trainings and industry events, ensuring adherence to PBCA standards and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Education, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, training, or housing program administration.
• Experience with HUD programs and PBCA operations strongly preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License; Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain PBCA Knowledge Center and training programs.
• Coordinate training development and delivery for staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HUD rules and PBCA standards; manage communications.
• Supervise Training and Compliance Specialist; supervise QA.
• Represent NTHDC at HUD trainings and industry conferences.
• Monitor training quality metrics and process improvements.
