Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable residential property management with project-based Section 8.
• Strong knowledge of HUD/LIHTC/Section 8 and Fair Housing laws.
• Proven leadership and leasing process success.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and staff ensuring compliance with HUD/Section 8 and policies.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy reviews, and inspections.
• Oversee outreach, sales, and customer service to meet targets.
• Prepare financial reports and manage budget.
• Lead staff training and development.
• Coordinate annual unit inspections.
