Job summary

Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel in Worley, ID is seeking an entry-level Deli Cook to provide consistently excellent food and customer service in a clean, friendly environment.

You will use the Micros system to ring in orders, handle funds, and count back change; prepare food according to SOPs; maintain cleanliness; ensure food safety and sanitation; stock items with dating and rotation; operate and clean equipment; maintain logs; and perform prep work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Six months of previous direct customer service and food service experience required.

SUMMARY:
